TAFEM

The TAFEM (Test d’Aptitude à la Formation en Management) is a national entrance exam designed for high school graduates wishing to enroll in one of Morocco’s National Schools of Commerce and Management (ENCG), including ENCG Meknès.

Eligibility Criteria

To take the TAFEM, the candidate must:

Hold or be in the process of obtaining a Moroccan baccalaureate or an equivalent diploma;

Register on the official platform www.tafem.ma within the deadlines announced each academic year.

Ranking and Admission Criteria

Candidates are ranked on a national scale based on the following criteria:

  • TAFEM test score (major factor in the ranking);
  • Final high school grade average (Baccalaureate score);
  • Regional preferences, if applicable according to the Ministry’s directives.

Document Analysis & Summary (in French)
  • Duration: 1h30

  • Coefficient: 3

  • Goal: To evaluate your ability to understand, analyze, and summarize an economic or social text.

  • Duration: 1 hour

  • Coefficient: 3

  • Includes:

    • Algebra (equations, inequalities, systems)

    • Analysis (functions, limits, derivatives)

    • Basic statistics

    • Simple probabilities

  • Duration: 1 hour

  • Coefficient: 2

  • Includes:

    • Economic, political, and social knowledge

    • Logical reasoning (patterns, analogies, deductions)

  • Duration: 1 hour

  • Coefficient: 2

  • Includes:

    • Reading comprehension

    • Grammar & vocabulary

    • Conjugation & sentence structure

Number of Available Seats

Each ENCG campus has a limited number of seats for new students. At ENCG Meknès, the number typically ranges from 100 to 150 seats per year.
